At Faris Thobes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment does not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the thobe is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached before sealing it in a shipping mailer.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
